On February 11th, Suzhong Construction held the 2022 annual work meeting of Suzhong Integrated Media in the conference room on the 27th floor of the headquarters. Gu Shaojun, Vice President of Suzhong Construction, Zong Xiaohong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and relevant department heads of the headquarters attended the meeting and served as award guests. All responsible editors and writers from the headquarters, regional companies, engineering companies, and subsidiaries participated in the meeting through a combination of on-site and online methods.

The leaders present at the meeting presented trophies and certificates to the exemplary individual who won the "Three Star Editor", "Su Zhongrong Media Talent" and "Two Star Editor" of Sunrise Media in 2021, and the award-winning units of "Excellent official account and Emerging official account".

Zong Xiaohong expressed affirmation and congratulations on the achievements of Su Zhongrong Media in 2021. She pointed out that in 2022, corporate promotion should continue to adhere to the guiding ideology of "external image building, internal cohesion strengthening". Firstly, it is important to have a positive and confident attitude, deeply understand the importance of integrated media work, use the power of publicity to showcase the company's image, and enhance the confidence of society and employees. The second is to emphasize form and content, tell the touching story of the Su Zhong Iron Army well, guided by the company's values, and deeply explore the advanced deeds of sticking to their positions, working hard, and overcoming difficulties in adversity. The third is to lead the team, strengthen the organization, fully mobilize the participation of integrated media work, establish the propaganda team of our unit, discover outstanding talents in the united front, and continuously empower the development of integrated media organizations in Jiangsu and China.

Zhang Yang, Assistant Manager of the Enterprise Management Department, interpreted the new assessment model of Su Zhong Rong Media in 2022. Ding Xiaoya, moderator of Su Zhong Learning News Center, and Huang Yuhan, moderator of on-site style, respectively commented on the writing points and common problems of the corresponding section content.

This conference also invited Lu Feng, a senior journalist from the Haian Integrated Media Center and former deputy editor in chief of Haian Daily, to give a special lecture on news writing. Lu Feng taught a vivid news writing course from four aspects: why to write news, what to write in news articles, how to write news articles that meet the requirements of news genres, and how to write news with the spirit of craftsmanship, combined with years of rich practice in journalist work, to help everyone make greater progress in news writing.

In 2021, Su Zhongrong Media focused on its "propaganda" mission, strengthened team building, focused on integrated development, showcased the image of integrated media, and presented a brilliant "answer sheet".
