On March 1st, China Resources Land North China Region held a resumption mobilization meeting for the construction of China Resources Tianjin Ruifu project in Suzhong. At the meeting, the project department received multiple commendations from China Resources for its excellent engineering quality and lean process management. It was awarded the "First Place in the Second Round of Third Party Process Evaluation in North China Region in 2021" and the "Excellent Section of Third Party EHS Inspection at Headquarters in 2021" with two banners and the "High Quality Process Management" trophy.

The project at No. 48 Jiefang South Road, Hexi District, Tianjin (China Resources Tianjin Ruifu) was constructed by the Tenth Engineering Company, consisting of six high-rise residential buildings, public facilities, and underground parking lots. The total construction area of the project is approximately 96000 square meters. Since the start of construction, the project department has adhered to the corporate spirit of "striving for excellence through hard work and governance", carefully organized and standardized construction, achieved standardization of process procedures, cleanliness of construction site environment, and improvement of safety measures. We have continuously promoted engineering construction in a fast, orderly, high-quality, and efficient manner, and have hosted multiple observation activities such as Tianjin Construction Association, Suzhou China Business School, regional and engineering companies.
