This meeting was held online through a video conferencing system, and shareholders completed a series of conference processes including online registration, facial recognition check-in, proposal review, and online voting. Chairman Da Honghu represents the board of directors in presenting the "Work Report of the Board of Directors", Chairman Wang Yihong represents the board of supervisors in presenting the "Work Report of the Board of Supervisors", Director Gu Shaojun explains the "Amendment to the Articles of Association", and Director Zhu Xiaoqiang explains the "2022 Financial Accounts and 2023 Financial Budget Plan" and "2022 Profit Distribution Plan".
