Vice President Qian Hong has made overall arrangements for the technical quality work in 2023: firstly, to adhere to high-quality development. Efforts should be made to create excellence in engineering and prevent common quality problems, in order to provide high-quality products and services for society. The second is to adhere to technological leadership. Strengthen the study of basic theories and technical specifications, strengthen the review and approval of construction organization designs and special plans, and ensure engineering quality and safety production. The third is to adhere to talent support. The system improves its own training plan and continuously enhances the professional level of technical personnel at all levels. The fourth is to strengthen the cultivation and application of new technological capabilities. Keep up with industry development, consolidate core technological capabilities, and accelerate the reserve and application of new technological capabilities such as building photovoltaic integration and new energy power station general contracting.
Tang Xiaowei, Deputy Chief Engineer and Manager of the Technical Quality Department of the Group, reviewed and summarized the technical quality work for 2022 from two aspects: performance highlights and main existing problems. He clarified the main work goals for engineering quality control, project excellence, green construction, and new technology application demonstration in 2023.
Jiang Mingshan, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Group and Deputy General Manager of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Regional Company, and Jiao Yuanjun, Deputy General Manager of the Nanjing Regional Company, respectively shared their experiences on scheme review and approval under the new situation, as well as technical management of hazardous engineering. Representatives of technical leaders Lu Qing, Zhu Yu, Chen Liubing, and Dai Shijun shared their respective technical achievements and management experience around topics such as "prefabricated building, intelligent construction, and green low-carbon construction technology", "project technology quality management", "key and difficult points of EPC engineering technology management", and "technical preparation and technical demonstration of complex engineering".
On the afternoon of February 2nd, Suzhong Group held a job evaluation activity for technical leaders. Group leaders Chen Yongming, Gu Shaojun, Qian Hong, Wang Debing, Sun Chunhuan, Deputy Chief Engineer Jiang Mingshan, Tang Xiaowei, Deputy Chief Economist Lei Rongchao, and relevant department heads of the headquarters attended the event and served as judges.
At the meeting, the technical leaders of various regional and engineering companies closely summarized and reported on the theme of "sharing achievements, showcasing highlights, identifying shortcomings, and formulating plans". The judges asked and commented on the highlights and practices of the technical leader during their job description process, and put forward improvement suggestions and requirements.
