At the end of last year, with the care and support of the Municipal Party Committee and Government of Nantong and Hai'an, 15 financial institutions led by the Nantong Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China jointly formulated a joint credit plan for Suzhong Construction, laying a solid foundation for Suzhong Construction to maintain stable loan volume, alleviate financial pressure, and promote healthy operation of the company. This renewal of the joint credit plan will help to further maintain the stability and security of the cash flow of Suzhong Construction, and ensure the company's sustained, healthy, and high-quality development in the new year.

Director Yu Guihua emphasized that all institutions should plan from a political perspective, consciously take on their responsibilities, continue to implement the joint credit plan for Suzhou China Construction, and continue to support the development of Haian's construction industry.

Officials from relevant government departments such as the Nantong Central Branch of the People's Bank of China, the Nantong Financial Supervision Bureau, and the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau expressed their appreciation and affirmation of the achievements made by Suzhong Construction in the past year in their speeches.

Secretary Yu Lizhong requested that all construction enterprises maintain their composure, operate steadily, seek development, further strengthen communication with banks, and strive for more policy support. All banking institutions should increase their support, preserve and expand their reserves, and continue to support the development of Haian's construction industry. He stated that the Haian Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government, and relevant departments will spare no effort to support the stable and healthy development of construction enterprises, fully leverage the role of the construction industry service center, increase the organization and promotion of work teams, and actively help construction enterprises coordinate and solve difficult problems.

Mayor Tan Zhen stated that Haian will continue to fulfill its obligations with integrity and provide proactive services, increasing support in policy incentives, judicial support, and other areas, in order to provide better government services to help the construction industry market entities alleviate difficulties and develop.

Vice Mayor Zhou Xiaojun reported on supporting the development of the construction industry and the operation of key construction enterprises such as Suzhong Construction.

Suzhong Construction Chairman Da Honghu reported on the company's operational development, transformation and upgrading, assets, litigation, projects, and other aspects since the signing of the joint credit plan one year ago, and made prospects for the company's development in the next year. He stated that the current challenges in Suzhou and Central China are indeed severe, and opportunities still exist. However, under the strong leadership of the Municipal Party Committee and Government, and with the strong support of various financial institutions and partners, we have confidence and determination to present a more healthy production and operation, a more reasonable business structure, and a stronger development potential for Suzhou and Central China through unremitting efforts!

ICBC Nantong Branch, as the leading bank of the joint credit unit, introduced the relevant situation of the Suzhou China Construction Joint Credit Agreement. The main leaders of the Nantong Branch and the Hai'an Branch of 15 joint credit member banks gave speeches respectively, highly affirming the effective measures taken by Suzhong Construction in responding to risks and resolving crises over the past year, as well as the achievements made in production and operation, transformation and upgrading, innovation and excellence, and basic management. They expressed their firm support for the development of Suzhong Construction and the implementation of the joint credit plan.
