On the morning of October 11th, Chen Yongming, President of Suzhong Group, led a team to inspect the Baoding project in Hebei. They had in-depth exchanges with Jia Chunfa, Chairman of Baoding Huayuan Real Estate, Liu Beizhan, General Manager, and Ma Jie, Deputy General Manager, regarding the current progress of the project and subsequent development and construction intentions. Wang Yihong, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Suzhong Group and General Manager of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Regional Company, Cao Huachun, Manager of the 16th Engineering Company, and Yang Yong, Manager of the Hebei Branch, accompanied the inspection.

Ma Jie introduced the progress of project development, geographical environment, and sales payment situation. The project is located at the forefront of urban development in the high-end residential area of Baoding North City Botanical Garden, adjacent to the government's efforts to create a water system landscape belt around the city. It is adjacent to the Botanical Garden to the west, the Leisure Sports Park to the south, and the Huanghuagou Belt Park to the east, and the Hengxiang Children's Park and Hengxiang Sports Culture Park to the east, forming a U-shaped green health community with "five gardens, one water, and one corridor".
