On December 22nd, with the completion of both the seventh project manager rotation training class and the sixth business manager rotation training class, the first round of core personnel rotation training at Suzhong Business School successfully concluded.

This round of project core personnel rotation training has been held since 2019, with a total of 27 training courses covering nearly 500 projects in ten major regions of the group. More than 1200 project core backbone members, including project managers, project technical leaders, project safety leaders, and project business leaders, have been trained. Through rotation training, the management ability and level of project core personnel have been comprehensively improved, and sufficient talent momentum has been reserved for the sustainable development of the group.

The seventh round of project manager rotation training and the sixth round of business manager rotation training, which ended this year, started on November 23rd. Within a month, 114 students from Northeast China, Inner Mongolia, Shanghai, Guangdong, and the south gathered online to embark on a "cloud based" learning journey, gain knowledge, enhance friendship, strengthen skills, and enhance themselves.

Exciting courses

The entire training process was conducted in an "online" format, using prime time in the evening to implement in segments, ensuring the quality of learning for the students and reducing the impact on frontline work. In terms of course design, the training class fully summarizes the experience of previous periods and invites group leaders and experts from corresponding lines to give lectures, covering multiple aspects such as cost management, safety standardization management, technical quality management, engineering finance and tax management, business finance integration, informatization, business etiquette, etc. In addition, cost and business management, legal management, project negotiation, business bidding, process cost control, project settlement, etc. are also included Special discussions and case sharing sessions such as contract negotiations help students apply their learning to practice and promote practical application.

On December 22nd, after a one month training, 109 students from two training classes successfully graduated, of which 24 students were awarded the "Excellent Student" with excellent comprehensive performance. The group leaders attending the graduation ceremony presented the students with electronic certificates of "graduation" and "outstanding students".
