On February 23, Suzhong Group held the 2024 Integrated Media Work Conference, in which all responsible editors from regional companies, engineering companies, subsidiaries, and headquarters departments participated.

Zong Xiaohong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, affirmed the work of the responsible editors over the past year and put forward requirements for everyone's future integrated media work: firstly, to strengthen confidence and initiative in integrated media work. Actively explore the highlights of our unit and spread the good voice of Suzhou and China around the work of the three major centers of the group. Secondly, we need to delve deeper and tell the story of the Suzhong team well. External image building, internal strong cohesion, focusing on outstanding characters and touching stories around, conveying the positive energy of the people of Suzhou. Thirdly, one must diligently cultivate internal skills and become an indispensable mediator. Continuously improve personal abilities, strengthen communication and exchange, refine and excel in every responsibility, create unique features, and demonstrate the value of the position through publicity.

The meeting interpreted the 2024 work goals and assessment indicators of Su Zhongrong Media at all levels, and promoted the key points of integrated media work from three aspects: strengthening the review mechanism, enhancing accountability, and strengthening internal communication. The attending editors shared their experiences and insights from two aspects: the difficulties and suggestions in carrying out integrated media work.

At the end of the meeting, all attendees jointly participated in the "Su Zhong Story" special writing training through a video course.
