In order to effectively operate the quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system, consolidate management achievements, and improve operational quality, Suzhong Group organized an annual comprehensive inspection from July 1st to 19th, which lasted for more than half a month. The inspection was highly valued by the group leaders, with Chairman Wan Honghu repeatedly concerned about the inspection situation. President Chen Yongming put forward overall requirements for the inspection, and Vice President Wang Debang, Chief Engineer Qian Hong, and Safety Director Sun Chunhuan served as the leaders of three comprehensive inspection teams. On June 27th, the inspection team held its first meeting, clarifying the division of labor, unifying the inspection focus and standards, and reiterating the inspection discipline. Three inspection teams compared the annual key work arrangements of the group, guided by the principle of "discovering highlights and innovations, identifying and rectifying hidden dangers, and guiding management improvement". They adopted a combination of online and offline inspection methods and randomly inspected 26 projects of 10 regional companies, covering 13 provincial markets and 21 prefecture level cities. They issued 32 notices of hidden danger rectification and put forward 403 suggestions for rectification and improvement.
During the inspection process, the inspection team believes that there are many highlights in various regional markets:
One is to implement a model demonstration system and establish quality benchmarks. Most projects can implement a model demonstration system before the construction of sub projects, which visually displays the methods and requirements of key parts and processes in various forms; Establish a unified model scheme, starting from raw materials, construction methods, detailed practices, etc., and unify quality standards.
Secondly, we must adhere to the guidance of technological innovation and significantly improve quality and efficiency. Most projects can develop and implement a technology transfer application plan for this project in conjunction with the group's "Technology Transfer Manual". Among them, technologies such as composite aluminum alloy templates, buckle scaffolding, integrated attached lifting scaffolding, and BIM technology have a high application rate. Some projects have applied intelligent construction technologies such as actual measurement robots, saving manpower, improving work efficiency, and ensuring the objectivity and accuracy of data.
Thirdly, the level of intelligent supervision in safety management has been further improved. Each unit adheres to the goal oriented approach and problem oriented approach, clarifies the direction of improving the intrinsic safety of construction sites, and implements the group's strategy of promoting science and technology through informationization and the promotion of technological products. The effective use of remote video surveillance systems, edge protection alarms and other information technology measures by regional companies has improved the efficiency of safety supervision.
Fourthly, the standardization management level on site has been further strengthened. Each unit continues to strengthen the standardization construction of construction sites in accordance with the requirements of the group's "Standardized Atlas of Construction Sites". Through careful planning, benchmark projects are created, demonstration and leading roles are strengthened, and the intrinsic safety level of construction sites is continuously improved. This not only ensures the health and safety of employees, but also beautifies the construction site and stimulates the sense of "ownership" among the majority of employees. In response to the problems discovered during the inspection process, members of the inspection team and the main responsible persons and relevant personnel of each regional company provided feedback through video conferences and other means, and deeply analyzed the deficiencies in the annual key work promotion, technical quality management, environmental and occupational health and safety management of the inspected units. It was required that all units take this inspection as an opportunity to identify shortcomings, draw lessons from it, eliminate each item one by one, and comprehensively improve project management level.
Through this comprehensive inspection, the group has gained a deeper understanding of the operational quality, project management, and completion of indicators in various markets, laying the foundation for subsequent external audits of the management system, conducting basic management assessments in the first half of the year, and deploying operational work in the second half of the year.
