On the afternoon of September 6th, Chen Huaizhou, Director and Co President of Huaxia Happiness, and Wang Zhongjun, Vice President of Peacock City Residential Group, visited the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Regional Company of Suzhong Group to discuss project promotion and cooperation with Chen Yongming, President of the Group, Wang Yihong, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and General Manager of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Regional Company, Zhang Zhongbo, Vice President of the Group, relevant persons in charge of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Regional Company, as well as the heads of some engineering companies and management departments involved in the Huaxia Happiness project in Beijing.

Both sides reviewed the efforts made in recent years around the government's "guaranteed delivery of buildings" work, and had in-depth exchanges on issues such as project settlement, approval processes, fund payments, and pre debt schemes.

President Chen Huaizhou introduced that with the care of governments at all levels and the joint cooperation of both parties, the overall task of "guaranteeing the delivery of buildings" for Huaxia Happiness has been completed by over 90%, and the financial debt restructuring has been completed by 87%. Huaxia Happiness's development continues to improve. We should not only face the difficulties we are currently facing, but also look forward to a bright future. We hope to carry out more extensive cooperation with Suzhong Group in the future. He stated that for the problems and contradictions in the early cooperation with the Soviet Union, Huaxia Happiness will solve them one by one through a "package" plan, according to the difficulty level and urgency, and formulate a timetable and roadmap, implementing dedicated personnel for coordination.

President Chen Yongming expressed gratitude for the responsible attitude of Huaxia Happiness. He pointed out that the friendship and mutual trust established through 14 years of cooperation have not changed due to temporary difficulties, and they will work together to minimize losses to the greatest extent possible. Suzhong Group will also responsibly promote the resolution of suspended and under construction projects.

With the normalization of pragmatic communication between the high-level officials of both sides, the current and past difficulties in cooperation are being resolved in an orderly manner.
