On December 13th, Qi Honghu, Chairman of Suzhong Group, led a team to the Guangzhou headquarters of China Railway 25th Bureau Group for business exchanges. Vice Presidents Liu Wenshan and Zhang Zhongbo of the group also attended the event. Wang Hongwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Railway 25th Bureau Group, received the meeting, and Zhang Junquan, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, presided over the meeting. Both sides had in-depth exchanges and reached consensus on practical cooperation in relevant fields, and signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement.

Chairman Wang Hongwei warmly welcomed the visit of Chairman Qi Honghu and his delegation, and briefly introduced the historical evolution, strategic layout, business sectors, and recent reform and development of China Railway 25th Bureau. He stated that China Railway 25th Bureau has outstanding brands in "existing line construction" and "testing and inspection", strong influence, and has certain experience in the field of housing construction. In terms of operation, we will focus on three major areas in the future: first, the traditional markets mainly focused on railways, highways, and municipal services; second, the high-level deployment and strong promotion of new business by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and joint-stock companies, as well as the overseas markets such as Belarus and Tanzania that the group company has solidly cultivated; and third, the major operation and maintenance sector that will be emphasized. As a benchmark for private enterprises in Jiangsu, Suzhong Group has rich experience in housing construction and advanced project management concepts. We hope that both parties can further expand their cooperation space, actively explore mutually beneficial cooperation models, and jointly contribute to the high-quality development of the economy and society in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta.

Chairman Qi Honghu introduced the development history, main achievements, and key business areas of Suzhong Group, and conducted in-depth discussions on the areas, scope, and methods of cooperation between the two parties. He stated that as a large state-owned construction enterprise, China Railway 25th Bureau has strong comprehensive strength, rich construction experience, and is trustworthy. Suzhong Group will maintain long-term exchanges, learning, and mutual learning of experience. This visit is a sublimation of the achievements after the leaders of China Railway 25th Bureau visited and exchanged ideas with the group company. We look forward to taking the signing of this framework agreement as an opportunity, adhering to the principles of resource sharing, complementary advantages, and win-win cooperation, sparking cooperation, finding entry points, and supporting the implementation of specific projects.
