The Chairman of the Group, Qi Honghu, extends New Year's greetings to all the people of Suzhou. He analyzed the current situation from three aspects: the recovery and improvement of the macro situation, the continuous promotion of favorable policies in the real estate industry, and the gathering of development potential in the construction industry. The second is to adhere to seeking truth and being pragmatic. All work should be centered around the "three key points", and the heads of each unit should take the mastery of various situations as the basic skill to solve problems. They must be familiar with the various debt and risk situations of their own units. Only by seeking truth from facts and having a clear understanding can they dare to work, be able to work, and accomplish things; We should do more practical things and make fewer comments. At the current stage, we should be pragmatic, focus on doing practical things, reduce unnecessary discussions and suggestions, and devote more energy to specific affairs. For a company, ultimate responsibility is based on the target responsibility agreements signed by each unit, treating the company's affairs as personal matters to be resolved, ensuring full implementation, striving to maximize the company's asset value and minimize debt, and properly resolving various risks. The top leader should maintain a firm stance, be clear headed, distinguish right from wrong, take the lead in self-discipline, and use the requirements of the "Six Management Prohibitions of the Company" to restrain personal behavior, manage themselves well, and control the people around them.
Group President Chen Yongming delivered the 2025 annual work report, focusing on three "focuses" and making comprehensive arrangements for the promotion and implementation of the group's 15 key tasks throughout the year.
