On the afternoon of June 4th, Suzhong Group held a "Safety Production Month" mobilization and safety production work deployment video conference, focusing on the theme of "Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies - finding safety hazards around us". The key work of safety production was systematically deployed to ensure a stable and controlled safety production situation. The group's senior executives in the sea and heads of various departments at the headquarters attended the meeting at the main venue, while more than 2000 management personnel from various units and project departments participated online through video conferencing systems at sub venues across the country. Chen Yongming, the CEO of the group, put forward four requirements for doing a good job in safety production: firstly, we need to further enhance our political stance. Deeply understand the important discourse and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on safety production work, and in accordance with the requirements of "joint responsibility of the Party and the government, dual responsibility of one position, and accountability for dereliction of duty" and the "three management and three musts" of safety production, continuously improve the leadership of safety production work, enhance the "penetration power" of responsibility implementation, and firmly adhere to the unbreakable red line of "development must not be at the expense of safety". Secondly, we must firmly establish a new concept of safe development. According to the principle of "vertical supervision and hierarchical responsibility" of the group, implement the "List of Safety Production Responsibilities for All Employees". Based on the distribution of project markets and the characteristics of major safety risks, establish a sound and comprehensive safety production organizational system, and standardize safety production decision-making and management. Further strengthen the legal thinking of safety production, enhance the "compliance" management of safety production, and promote the urgent, detailed, and practical implementation of all work. We must strengthen the governance of safety hazards. In accordance with the requirements of the State Council Work Safety Committee and relevant documents of the company, we will continue to deepen the "Eight Major Actions" to tackle the root causes and implement the theme of the "Safety Production Month" activity. Continuously strengthen the training on the criteria for identifying major accident hazards in housing and municipal engineering, carry out dynamic clearance actions for major accident hazards, focus on the full chain management of pre event, during event, and post event, and ensure the closed-loop management of problem hazards. Strengthen the identification and evaluation of safety risks on construction sites, highlight the control of key links, and advance the implementation of major safety risk control measures for projects. We must establish a long-term mechanism for safety production. Retain and make good use of core security management talents, and improve the mechanism for selecting, employing, nurturing, and retaining talents. Strengthen the study of national safety production policies, regulations, and group rules and regulations, and transform them into execution capabilities. Continuously strengthen the construction of the full-time safety production management personnel team, carry out regular, comprehensive, and effective safety education and training, and improve the safety production awareness and accident prevention ability of all employees. Make adequate investment in safety funds and strengthen the standardization of construction site safety.

Vice President of the Group, Wang Debing, systematically analyzed the current national, industry, and internal safety production situation, deeply analyzed the shortcomings and weaknesses of the Group in the field of safety production, and deployed six key activities of the Group's "Safety Production Month" from the aspects of learning and implementing the spirit of instructions, comprehensively creating a safety atmosphere, carrying out hidden danger investigation actions, conducting hidden danger identification popularization, conducting hidden danger elimination drills, and standardizing safety risk supervision. He required all units to strengthen the three guarantees of "talent, investment, and technology", consolidate the safety foundation, strengthen the three responsibilities of "leadership, supervision, and projects", tighten the responsibility chain, and tackle the three areas of "dangerous engineering control, hidden danger investigation and governance, and subcontractor management" to prevent major risks.
