On the afternoon of February 28th, the Party Committee of SuZhong Group held a Party member conference and a special party lecture in the conference room on the 27th floor of the headquarters building. The Party Secretary of the Group, Da Honghu, delivered a report on the party building work in 2025 and made arrangements for the key party building work in 2026.

In 2025, the group's various work progressed smoothly, cooperation with central and state-owned enterprises continued to deepen, and overseas markets bloomed in multiple places, maintaining the basic stability of the market, capital, talent, and team.

Secretary Da Honghu made specific arrangements for the group's party building objectives and tasks for 2026. He emphasized that party building must be guided by the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and all previous plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee. Focusing on the group's central tasks of "credit restoration, business expansion, and debt collection", he proposed to take practical measures, implement effective strategies, and seek tangible results from four aspects: strengthening political guidance, promoting party building integration, enforcing discipline and rules, and optimizing group and league construction. He led the vast number of party members to grasp the right direction through genuine study and belief, to take on responsibilities and make contributions through good work and achievements, to build a solid defense through self-awareness and self-reflection, and to lead all employees to work together and overcome difficulties.

The year 2026 marks the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan period and is also a crucial year for the group to overcome difficulties and break through the deadlock. In order to enable all party members to once again appreciate their original aspiration and mission, and further strengthen their sense of identity and responsibility as party members, all party members raised their right hands, clenched their fists, and solemnly made their oaths under the red party flag.

The Party Committee of the Group specially invited Liu Wanchun, an exemplary individual in grassroots theoretical propaganda nationwide and a special researcher at the Nantong New Era Theoretical Armed Research Center, to give a special party lecture. Comrade Liu Wanchun led all party members to deeply understand the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China from three aspects: grasping the essence of the Fourth Plenary Session, analyzing key words related to the impact of the Fourth Plenary Session on the construction industry, and achieving a transformation from hardship to glory during the strategic transformation period. He focused on interpreting the content of the "15th Five-Year Plan" regarding the construction industry, providing ideological guidance and action guidelines for the Group's positive and stable development and transformation. He also encouraged all party members to charge forward with the spirit of the Red Army, take on responsibilities, seek change in adversity, and strive for progress in difficulties, actively contributing their wisdom and strength to the Group's development.
