On February 10th, the "Hometown of Architecture" in Haian held a city wide conference on the development of the construction industry, mobilizing the city's construction industry to boost its spirit and make breakthroughs, continuously promoting the high-quality development of Haian's construction industry at the forefront. At the conference, the city's advanced collectives and exemplary individual in the construction industry in 2021 were commended. Suzhong Construction was awarded the titles of "Construction Star Enterprise" and "Advanced Enterprise for Transformation and Upgrading". Five regional companies, nine engineering companies, ten project departments and 34 Suzhong people were commended.

In 2021, the performance report of the construction industry in Haian shone brilliantly: the construction output value of the industry was 190.1 billion yuan throughout the year, and the tax revenue in Haian was 1.72 billion yuan. Among them, the output value of Suzhong Construction exceeded 75 billion yuan, with local tax payments exceeding 700 million yuan. At the same time, it has contributed to the construction of four Luban Awards, three Zhan Tianyou Awards for Excellent Residential Communities, and one Installation Star Award for its hometown, demonstrating the responsibility of the leading construction enterprise in the hometown.

After the meeting, the company's President Chen Yongming gave an interview to reporters from the Hai'an Integrated Media Center. Chen Yongming stated that 2022 is a year full of hope and challenges for Suzhong Construction. The company will adhere to the annual work focus of "controlling risks, maintaining stability, and promoting development", improve quality development through structural adjustment, empower development through green construction, support development through technological innovation, and lead development through party building culture.
