Group leaders Chen Yongming, Zhang Baocheng, Wang Yihong, Liu Shuhua, Qian Hong, Li Ruirong, Yuan Guomin, Wang Debing, Zhang Zhongbo, Sun Chunhuan, and relevant department heads from the headquarters attended the event and served as judges.

The safety managers of 31 units, including regional companies and engineering companies, reported on the completion of their annual safety production targets, management innovation measures, main problems, and future improvement measures. Based on the report of the safety manager, the company leaders and judges conducted questioning and comments, and had in-depth exchanges on management innovations such as "family call", "shameful violation wall", and "safety test field", as well as the application of a number of "technology promoting safety" methods. They proposed improvement suggestions and requirements for relevant units to further improve safety management work in the future.

Wang Debing systematically summarized the company's annual safety production work in his summary comments, using the four aspects of innovative safety training and education, strong promotion of key work, breakthroughs in safety innovation management, and improvement in safety culture construction. He pointed out that resuming work and production after the holiday is a crucial period for doing a good job throughout the year, and it is also a key factor in promoting the implementation of various safety measures. He has deployed the "large-scale inspection, rectification, and improvement" campaign on construction sites at the current stage, and put forward five requirements for future work: first, to improve political stance, tighten safety responsibility, and ensure the overall stability of safety development; Secondly, we need to strengthen the safety system, optimize the safety supervision team, and continuously improve our safety control capabilities; Thirdly, we must prioritize prevention, resolutely implement the dual control mechanism, and eliminate all types of accident hazards at the source; Fourthly, we need to strengthen rigid constraints, strictly supervise the implementation of regulations, and promote the intrinsic safety of construction sites; The fifth is to strengthen confidence in development, build a solid defense line for safety production, and create a safe and stable development environment.
