On February 20th, Huaxia Happiness held a spring collective groundbreaking meeting at the site of the Gu'an Aerospace Capital project. More than 150 people, including relevant leaders of the Gu'an County Party Committee and Government, Chairman Wang Wenwen of Huaxia Happiness, Co President Chen Huaizhou, President Wang Feng of Peacock City Group, and representatives of relevant cooperative resource parties, participated in the on-site event. Chen Yongming, President of Suzhong Group, was invited to attend the conference and speak on behalf of the construction party. Wang Yihong, Chairman of the Group's Supervisory Board, Zhang Zhongbo, Vice President, and Yu Haifeng, Deputy General Manager of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Regional Company, accompanied the attendees.

President Chen Yongming stated in his speech that as an old friend who has been cooperating for many years and a good partner who fights side by side, Suzhong Group will continue to work together and resonate with Huaxia Happiness, further deepening cooperation and mutual trust between the two sides, and pushing cooperation to a new height. At the same time, Suzhong Group will resolutely implement the central government's "three guarantees" policy requirements of "ensuring construction, people's livelihood, and stability", demonstrate corporate responsibility through practical actions, actively fulfill social responsibilities, accelerate project construction, and submit a satisfactory answer sheet to all owners.

In 2022, Huaxia Happiness has achieved significant phased results in areas such as building guarantees, financial debt restructuring, stable production and operation, and the development of new businesses. Huaxia Happiness has started a total of 65 projects nationwide, covering 24 regions including Beijing, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Hefei, Zhengzhou, and Wuhan, with a total construction area of 8.28 million square meters. It plans to complete 48 residential projects within the year and deliver 58643 residential units.
