Group Chairman Da Honghu extends New Year greetings to all Suzhou residents. He briefly reviewed several highlights of the group's performance in 2022, emphasizing the central work of the group in 2023 from three aspects: settlement and collection, business development, and credit repair. He also made requirements to managers at all levels for the group's development in the new year.

Firstly, strengthen your confidence in victory. From an external macroeconomic perspective, the completion of party committees and governments at all levels, frequent changes in real estate policies, and gradual loosening of epidemic policies will bring new opportunities to the development of the national economy and construction industry. From the analysis of internal development status, the group's assets far exceed its liabilities, the risk has basically bottomed out, the project still maintains a certain scale, and the joint efforts of various platform companies are also forming. We have reason to be full of confidence in winning.

Secondly, focus on key tasks. One is to comprehensively promote budget management, and the leaders of each unit should be "understanding people", with a "one book" in mind, and achieve "spending within one's means". The second is to comprehensively collect project funds, develop a collection plan in advance, clarify responsible persons and measures, and make every effort to ensure the recovery of funds. The third is to ensure that the quantity and quality of new projects undertaken by various platform companies are balanced. The fourth is to implement litigation resolution and credit restoration. The fifth is to ensure safety production, relying on a "responsibility system and a sense of responsibility" to ensure the stable safety production situation of the group throughout the year.

Thirdly, strengthen team building. The key to entrepreneurship lies in people. To retain outstanding talents, while streamlining institutions, we must not lose core capabilities. We must grasp the degree of organizational optimization and reflect the handling ability and skills of the leaders of each unit. Secondly, we must strictly enforce various disciplines, with the top leader taking good care of themselves and the people around us. We must strictly implement the requirements of the group's "Six Prohibitions" and achieve fair use of power. Thirdly, we need to strengthen our execution capabilities. Whether an enterprise can successfully overcome a crisis depends on two factors - "good thinking" and "good execution capabilities." The various strategies and goals formulated by the group must be fully achieved by ourselves. The fourth is to implement responsibilities, and managers at all levels should dare and be good at taking on responsibilities, properly handle existing problems, and focus on implementing work priorities.

Work deployment

Group President Chen Yongming delivered the 2023 annual work report, which comprehensively deployed the group's annual work around three major tasks.

One is to continue to prioritize the resolution and prevention of risks in current work. Implement the "three guarantees" policy requirements and promote project resumption of work and production; Accelerate the disposal of existing cases and repair the company's credit system; Using asset-backed bonds to activate existing assets; Make sufficient efforts to collect and clear outstanding articles, and continue to provide "blood transfusion" for operations; Establish a "fund pool" to fundamentally solve the problem of confidence ahead.

The second is to strengthen the foundation and strengthen the foundation, empower and increase efficiency, and fully stimulate internal kinetic energy. Optimize structure and enhance organizational refinement; Innovate mechanisms to consolidate grassroots combat effectiveness; Strengthen management, shape internal capabilities, and solidly promote the integration of industry and finance, informatization, technical quality, safety production, management assessment, audit supervision, party building culture, and other aspects of work.

The third is to focus on trends, innovate management, and accelerate the construction of a new development pattern.
