Group Chairman Da Honghu extends New Year greetings to all Suzhou residents. He briefly reviewed several highlights of the group's performance in 2022, emphasizing the central work of the group in 2023 from three aspects: settlement and collection, business development, and credit repair. He also made requirements to managers at all levels for the group's development in the new year.
Firstly, strengthen your confidence in victory. From an external macroeconomic perspective, the completion of party committees and governments at all levels, frequent changes in real estate policies, and gradual loosening of epidemic policies will bring new opportunities to the development of the national economy and construction industry. From the analysis of internal development status, the group's assets far exceed its liabilities, the risk has basically bottomed out, the project still maintains a certain scale, and the joint efforts of various platform companies are also forming. We have reason to be full of confidence in winning.
Secondly, focus on key tasks. One is to comprehensively promote budget management, and the leaders of each unit should be "understanding people", with a "one book" in mind, and achieve "spending within one's means". The second is to comprehensively collect project funds, develop a collection plan in advance, clarify responsible persons and measures, and make every effort to ensure the recovery of funds. The third is to ensure that the quantity and quality of new projects undertaken by various platform companies are balanced. The fourth is to implement litigation resolution and credit restoration. The fifth is to ensure safety production, relying on a "responsibility system and a sense of responsibility" to ensure the stable safety production situation of the group throughout the year.
