On November 15th, the fifth project manager rotation training class of Suzhou China Business School successfully concluded, and 17 students from the Nanjing region successfully completed a one month online "cloud training".

Zong Xiaohong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Suzhong Group, Lei Rongchao, Deputy Chief Economist, Hu Lei, Manager of the Human Resources Department, Cui Lei, General Manager of the Nanjing Regional Company, and Wu Pengcheng, Deputy General Manager, attended the graduation ceremony and presented the students with "graduation" and "excellent student" electronic certificates.

She briefly reported on the current production and operation situation of the group, encouraging everyone to face difficulties and challenges, correctly grasp the current situation, and strengthen development confidence. She demands that all project managers first integrate and apply what they have learned, second identify gaps and continuously improve, third fulfill their duties and responsibilities, take on responsibilities, and demonstrate the spirit and perseverance of "sticking to the green mountains and not relaxing", continuously learn and overcome difficulties, and provide assistance for the stability and development of the group.

Wu Pengcheng provides a regional summary of the rotation training class. He conducted a comprehensive review of the entire process of this rotation training class, affirmed the hard work and efforts of the students, and proposed the next step of the regional company's work and learning improvement plan, requiring the students to "stick to their original intention and prioritize their mission", ensure the smooth delivery of all projects in the region with excellent management, and continuously enhance the influence of the Suzhong brand.

Representatives of the trainees, Ma Youcun and Wu Jiangpeng, respectively made training summaries. They shared the gains and reflections of this training and expressed their intention to apply the knowledge and skills learned in the training to practical project management, effectively improve project management level, improve project quality and efficiency.
