On January 31st, Suzhong Group held a 2023 technical director job performance evaluation activity at its headquarters. Group executives and relevant department heads from the headquarters attended the event and served as judges.

The technical leader's performance evaluation activity was conducted through a combination of online and offline methods. The technical leaders of various regional companies and engineering companies closely focused on the theme of "sharing achievements, showcasing highlights, identifying shortcomings, and setting plans", and reported on their work from three aspects: completion of technical quality goals, main highlights of technical quality work, work improvement, and next step work plans.

The highlights of everyone's reports were diverse, such as the successful completion of the overall lifting construction of the 3000 ton large-span steel truss roof by the Second Engineering Company, the on-site application of the digital measurement robot by the Seventh Engineering Company, the implementation of intelligent manufacturing to introduce block handling robots by the Eleventh Engineering Company, and the exploration and improvement of a complete set of construction methods for floor free frame structures by the Nineteenth Engineering Company, all of which achieved good results. Various management innovations and the application of new technologies are continuously enhancing the overall competitive strength of the group's technological quality.

The attending judges made comments based on the work reports of each technical leader. While acknowledging the highlights of everyone's work, they also put forward many constructive improvement suggestions and requirements in combination with the current development trend of the construction industry and the actual situation of each unit.
