On July 15th, Zhao Jifeng, President of Tianyuan Group, a leading private construction enterprise in Shandong Province, and his delegation visited the headquarters of Suzhong Group for inspection and exchange. Yin Xiangshan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Tianyuan Group, Sun Hua, Vice President and General Manager of the Installation Group, Zhu Zhanjun, Chief Accountant, and heads of the Human Resources Department, Legal Affairs Department, Business Development Department, and Cost Management Department attended the event. President Zhao Jifeng and his delegation visited the Group Honor Room to learn about the development history, representative projects, and award honors of Suzhong Group. He pointed out that both Suzhong Group and Tianyuan Group are construction enterprises with "red genes" that have emerged from revolutionary old areas. Their development histories are almost identical, and they both have a strict pursuit of engineering quality. They have made important contributions to local finance and have also been greatly affected by the "thunder storm" of large real estate enterprises. He hopes that through this inspection and exchange activity, the communication and connection between the two sides can be deepened, and good practices in risk prevention, transformation and upgrading can be learned from each other.

He introduced the relevant situation of Suzhong Group from the aspects of market layout, cost control, talent team construction, and performance evaluation at all levels, and shared the specific measures taken by Suzhong Group in recent years to maintain team cohesion, promote transformation and upgrading, prevent and resolve risks in response to the cyclical downturn of the industry and the "explosion" of real estate enterprises.
