On February 24th, SuZhong Group held its 2026 annual work conference to deploy key tasks and plan for the year's development. All senior management, headquarters, and management personnel from various units of the group attended the event on site.
Group Chairman Da Honghu extended his Spring Festival greetings to all SuZhong people. He commented on the completion of the three major central tasks of each unit in 2025, namely settlement and collection, debt resolution and case closure, and business expansion. He encouraged each unit to continue to focus on the three key tasks of the group in 2026, to utilize their respective talents and wisdom, and to strive to achieve the annual goals.
Chairman Da made demands on all SuZhong people from three aspects:
First, we must move forward with confidence. Chairman Da analyzed and answered two questions: "Why doesn't SuZhong give up?" and "Where does our confidence come from?" He emphasized that the confidence of SuZhong people comes from the resilience of the construction industry, the support of governments at all levels, and our own efforts. Everyone should continue to "move forward".
Secondly, the focus of assessment adjustment lies in implementation. In 2026, the group will adjust the assessment of economic and management indicators for regional companies and engineering companies, aiming to stimulate the sense of responsibility and enthusiasm of each unit in business expansion, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, as well as debt collection and repayment.
Thirdly, we must uphold integrity and self-discipline, and maintain our bottom line. During this special period, cadres at all levels of the group must withstand the test, remain loyal, clean, and responsible. For those involved in problematic situations, they must face their own issues squarely, honestly confess their problems to the organization, and not take any chances.
Chen Yongming, the president of the group, delivered the 2026 annual work report. He made a comprehensive deployment for the promotion and implementation of the group's 12 key tasks for the whole year, focusing on three keywords: "reduce", "expand", and "enhance".
First, we must lay a solid foundation for survival by comprehensively reducing liabilities, reasonably cutting expenses, and precisely controlling and reducing risks.
Second, we should seek growth opportunities by expanding our reach: optimizing traditional markets, tapping into new potential, expanding overseas growth, and promoting healthy development across multiple platforms.
Thirdly, empower with "improvement" to enhance management quality and efficiency: strengthen cost control, promote information technology construction, ensure safe production, strengthen technological leadership, and unite cultural synergy.
At the meeting, the heads of regional companies and engineering companies also signed and submitted the responsibility pledges for safe production, technical quality, seal management, and integrity and self-discipline for 2026.
Facing the year 2026, which is full of hopes and challenges, all members of the SuZhong team will persevere, be pragmatic and efficient, and rise to challenges for survival and a better tomorrow. We will overcome difficulties, break through bottlenecks, and create highlights. We will take every step forward to ensure that all work is implemented and effective, and strive to create a new situation of positive development for the group!
