Suzhong Construction Chairman Da Honghu stated that in this uncertain era, the biggest threat to a company does not come from the external environment or strong competitors, but from the company itself. In the face of the overall downturn of the industry cycle and the frequent occurrence of "gray rhinoceros" and "black swan" events, Da Honghu candidly stated that although Suzhong Construction has been impacted and the future path will not be smoother than in the past, the company's confidence is firm, "more united", "stability is the top priority" to survive, "quality and efficiency improvement" to live healthily, and "continuous change" to live for a long time. At the meeting, Suzhong Construction awarded 115 advanced collectives and 100 outstanding individuals for the year 2021. With the joint efforts of all the people in Suzhou, the company achieved a total output value of over 75 billion yuan in 2021, with tax payments exceeding 2 billion yuan. Local tax contributions ranked first among construction enterprises in Nantong, and various economic indicators and industry rankings remained stable. The company received 1 Luban Award for Construction, 3 Luban Awards for Participation, 1 China Installation Star, 1 China Construction Engineering Decoration Award, 3 Zhan Tianyou Awards for Excellent Residential Community Gold, and 6 National Safety Production Standard Chemical Sites... One honor after another witnessed the "2021 of Suzhou Construction".

City leaders and group executives presented awards and took a group photo as representatives of units who won the 2021 Cooperation Win Win Award, Special Support Award, Luban Award, Zhan Tianyou Award for Excellent Residential Community Gold Award, and China Installation Star Award. The list of other advanced collectives and outstanding individuals was displayed through the on-site "Glory List" and the "Starlight" section of the Suzhong Construction Yearbook.

In 2021, due to the overall downturn of the industry cycle and the superposition of many "gray rhinoceros" and "black swan" events, Suzhong Construction has undergone significant tests, and "resuming work and production" has also become a widely concerned content in the past stage of society. At the meeting, Suzhong Construction reported to all sectors of society about the resumption of work and production: the company has suspended more than 100 projects affected, and as of the end of 2021, the resumption rate of projects has exceeded 50%, ranking among the top private construction enterprises in the country. The company strictly promotes and implements the resumption of work and production in accordance with the requirements of the national and local government policies of "ensuring construction, people's livelihood, and stability". The meeting also connected on-site with the Suzhou Evergrande Yuelong Bay project, leading the attending guests and audience to assess the progress of the "Cloud Supervision" project's resumption of work and production.

2021 is the centennial year of the founding of the CPC. All senior executives, as in Jinggangshan, received the baptism of the red spirit in the revolutionary holy land, and continued to strive for the development of the Soviet Union.

Recently, China Resources Land's East China region released a list of "Excellent Contractors for Residential Civil Engineering Process Quality", with Suzhong Construction being on the list. China Resources Land East China Region also announced the top three rankings for the third round of residential civil engineering process inspection. The Xuzhou Dalonghu No.1 project, constructed by the Eighth Engineering Company, achieved good results in the first inspection and received a reward of 300000 yuan from China Resources Land East China Region.

The Xuzhou Dalonghu No.1 project is located at the intersection of Yingbin Avenue and Hanyuan Avenue in Yunlong District, Xuzhou City. It consists of 11 high-rise buildings and 3 western-style houses, with a total construction area of approximately 176500 square meters. This project is the first cooperation between the company and China Resources Land in the East China market, and it is also one of China Resources Land's key projects in the East China region, ranking among the top ten in terms of scale.
